Get User Feedback and Issue Reports in Slack with Firstflow
Firstflow Team
Your agent is talking to users. Is your team listening?
Imagine getting a Slack message the moment a user thumbs down an agent response and leaves a reason. Or when someone reports a broken flow mid-conversation. Or when a new user completes onboarding and unlocks their first capability.
That's exactly what the Firstflow + Slack integration enables.
Firstflow captures every meaningful signal from your agent product — feedback, issues, onboarding completions, survey responses. With our Slack integration and webhook support, your team can receive those signals in real time, in the channels where you already work.
What you can do with it
Route user feedback to the right team. Every like or dislike — with optional user-provided reasons — gets posted to a Slack channel of your choice. Your product team sees what users love. Your engineering team sees what's breaking. No one has to dig through dashboards to find out.
Get issue reports the moment they happen. When a user flags a problem inside the conversation, Firstflow sends a structured report to Slack with the full conversation context attached. You know what went wrong, when, and exactly what the user said — before they churn.
Track onboarding in real time. Know when users complete key activation steps, unlock new capabilities, or drop off mid-flow. Your growth and success teams stay in the loop without needing access to another tool.
Build your own workflows with webhooks. Every Firstflow event — feedback submitted, issue reported, flow completed, survey answered — can be sent to any endpoint via webhook. Pipe it into Slack, your CRM, your data warehouse, or your own backend. You own the data.
How it works
Firstflow fires a webhook event for every signal it captures. For the Slack integration, we handle the delivery for you — you connect your Slack workspace, map event types to channels, and Firstflow does the rest.
For custom workflows, you can use raw webhooks to receive structured JSON payloads for any event and route them wherever you need. The payload includes the event type, the user context, the conversation excerpt, and any structured data the user submitted (feedback reason, issue description, survey answers).
Setting it up takes a few minutes:
- Go to Integrations in your Firstflow dashboard
- Connect your Slack workspace via OAuth
- Map each event type (feedback, issues, flow completions) to a Slack channel
- Start receiving signals instantly — no code required
For webhook-based integrations, head to Settings → Webhooks, add your endpoint URL, and select the events you want to subscribe to.
Why this matters
Most teams find out something is wrong when a user complains on Twitter, or when retention numbers drop at the end of the month. By then, the context is gone and the damage is done.
Firstflow's Slack integration closes that gap. Every piece of user signal — positive or negative — flows into your team in real time, with enough context to act on it. You move from reactive to proactive, and your agent product gets better faster.
